Ahad Syed is the Managing Attorney at Syed Law, and an experienced intellectual property law (“IP”) attorney focused on trademarks. Ahad helps businesses obtain, maintain, monitor, and enforce their IP. He serves clients from all 50 states at the United States Patent and Trademark Office (“USPTO”) on trademark matters and has filed over 300 trademark applications.
In addition, Mr. Syed represents clients on contested litigation matters involving intellectual property such as trademark infringement defense at the Northern District of Illinois and copyright litigation. Ahad oversees a growing IP portfolio for his clients, overturns Office Action refusals, and when called upon, enforces their rights to trademarks and copyrights in federal and state court.
